Press Download for Windows. The site picks the right file for your PC (Intel, AMD or ARM).

Install
Open the file and click Install. Windows shows “Verified publisher: FXOLIO LLC”.

Sign in and connect
Sign in with Google, Apple or email, then press Connect. Your plan is already there.
If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”
New downloads can show this for a while. Click More info, check that the publisher is FXOLIO LLC, then click Run anyway.
ARM laptops
Surface Pro X, Snapdragon and other ARM laptops get the ARM version automatically. You can also choose it below the download button.
Updates

Is Teal VPN available for Windows?
Yes. Teal for Windows works on Windows 10 (version 1809 or newer) and Windows 11, on Intel, AMD and ARM PCs.
Is there a free VPN for Windows PC?
Yes. Teal Free comes with every account: 500 MB of data every day, the Lithuania location, and up to 2 devices, with no payment details. On a PC, Teal Free first needs Teal on your phone with the same account, for security reasons.
Is the download safe?
The installer and the app are signed by FXOLIO LLC, the company behind Teal, with a Microsoft certificate. Windows shows the publisher before anything is installed.
Can I use the same account on my phone?
Yes. Your plan belongs to your account. Sign in with the same account on Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows.
