- Can I use Teal VPN for free? Yes. Every account starts with Teal Free: 500 MB of data each day, the Lithuania location, and up to 2 devices. The daily allowance is shared across your account, and the app shows how much you have used. No payment details are needed.
- How do I get the Android app? Teal VPN is on Google Play for Android 8.0 and later. Search for Teal VPN or use the Google Play link on this website. Phones without Google Play can download the app (APK) directly from download.tealvpn.com/android. The Free plan needs no payment details.
- What does Teal VPN know about my activity? We don’t log the sites you visit, the destinations you connect to, or the contents of your traffic. We don’t store your connection IP address. We do keep the information needed to run your account, including your sign-in (Google, Apple, or email), device public keys, and total data usage.
- Will Teal VPN work on a restricted network? Teal uses traffic obfuscation to make VPN traffic harder to identify and block. The app can try another connection route when one is blocked. Results depend on the network; no VPN can promise to connect everywhere.
- What does Teal Pro include? Teal Pro includes unlimited data, all Teal locations, and up to 3 devices. It costs $3 a month on the yearly plan ($36 a year), $24 for 6 months, or $5 a month (US prices; local prices on Google Play may vary). Buy it in the Android app through Google Play, or on account.tealvpn.com by card or crypto.
- How do I sign in? With Google, Apple, or email. Your Free plan is ready at once, with no payment details. Sign in with the same account on each device and your plan comes with you.
- What about my other devices? Android phones and tablets: Google Play, or the APK from our website. Chromebooks: Google Play. Windows 10 and 11 (Intel, AMD, and ARM): download from tealvpn.com/windows. Android TV and Google TV: the same direct download, with TV mode built in (Google Play for TV is coming soon). Mac, iPhone, and iPad versions are in testing. One account works on all of them.
- Can I delete my account? Yes. In the app, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account, registered devices, and sign-in sessions are deleted immediately. If you can’t use the app, our account deletion page explains how to contact us.
